Joyce Kelley - ERA Key Realty Services - Westborough

About Me - 2011

Representing my clients guiding and advising with high levels of energy focused on their success in a timely and courteous manner is my goal. I market properties with a multi-faceted approach using both traditional and web-based methods tailored to reach potential buyers in both local and broader markets. My objective is always to bring the highest return in the shortest amount of time with my clients best interest at heart. I believe communication is one of the most important aspects in the relationship with my clients. When I work with my clients looking for a new home, I am sure to always listen and place myself in their shoes to fully understand their housing needs and wishes. Next I set my clients up with my web based home finding service. MLS Property Finder is a very useful tool in pinpointing the important features they want in a new home. The new home listings are emailed daily to all my clients so the homes can be reviewed before viewing! It has proven time and again to be an effective and client favorite house finding tool and usually before you know it I am handing you the key to your new home!

I have a focus on land and open space preservation. My time spent on the Town of Grafton's Community Preservation Committee (CPC) as board member and chair was time well spent working for the preservation of open space, Hassanamesit Woods, Ekblaw Landing, Grafton park restorations, newly created fields and the restorations of many significantly historic sites and buildings. I was a part of the acquistion of various tracts of lands earmarked in Grafton for preservation. I believe in communities setting aside open space for public enjoyment whether it be to hike, geocache', picnic, enjoy a concert, kayak, swim, bike, horseback ride, butterfly/bird watch, or simply catch a sunset. I am pleased to have been part of the Hassanemesit Woods Management Committee (HWMC) and the Community Preservation Committee (CPC) having worked at preserving many locations within Grafton including 200 Acres of historically significant woods dating back 400 years where Native Americans had walked and settled. It would have become a large housing development, but is now a preserved historically significant marked hiking trail that tells its story in the woods of Grafton (
